Sifa Crafts Limited provides custom branding and printing solutions, including:

• Custom apparel
• Corporate gifts
• Promotional merchandise
• Branded stationery
• Banners and signage
• Large-format printing

All services are subject to product availability and our production capacity.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are based on the information you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.

An order is confirmed once:

• You accept the quotation;
• Any required deposit has been received; and
• We confirm your order.

Changes to your order after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices exclude applicable taxes, including VAT.
• Payment terms will be communicated before production begins.
• Production may not commence until any required deposit has been received.
• Completed orders may be released after full payment has been made.

5. Artwork Approval

Where artwork or proofs are provided, it is your responsibility to review and approve them before production.

Please ensure that:

• Names and spelling are correct.
• Colours and layouts meet your expectations.
• Quantities and specifications are accurate.

Once artwork has been approved, Sifa Crafts Limited is not responsible for errors contained in the approved proof.

6. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, material availability, client approvals, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always do our best to deliver your order within the agreed timeline.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot usually be returned or refunded once production has started.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from the approved artwork, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Intellectual Property

Any artwork, logos, or trademarks you provide remain your property.

By submitting them to us, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them solely for producing your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio or marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable step to deliver high-quality products, Sifa Crafts Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
