Description

The cap is the highest return-per-shilling item in promotional branding. It costs less than almost anything else you can brand, it fits everyone without a size headache, and it goes outside — which is more than most merchandise manages. In Kenyan sun it gets worn because it is useful, not because someone feels obliged.

Where it works hardest

  • Marketing activations, roadshows, expos and trade fairs
  • Field teams, sales reps, agronomists and outdoor crews
  • Sports days, tournaments, marathons and fun runs
  • Construction and site crews needing sun protection with company identity
  • Giveaways at launches, AGMs and customer appreciation days
  • Church groups, SACCOs, schools and community organisations

Branding options

Flat embroidery on the front panel is the standard finish. 3D puff embroidery raises the logo off the cap for a bolder, more premium look on simple, chunky marks. We can also embroider the side panels and the back closure for a fully branded cap, or use heat transfer for logos with photographic detail or many colours.

Construction

Standard six-panel baseball cap with a curved peak, adjustable strap, velcro or snapback closure, and ventilation eyelets. One size fits most. Cotton twill and poly-blend fabrics, in black, navy, white, red, khaki and a wide range of custom colours on larger orders.

Send your logo in vector format. Embroidery has a minimum detail threshold — very fine text or thin lines get lost in thread, and we will tell you honestly if your logo needs simplifying before stitching.
