Branding options

Embroidery on the front panel is the standard finish and gives a clean, premium result that survives washing. DTF transfer handles full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic logos with no colour limit. We can also brand the side panel or the underside of the brim — an underbrim print is only visible when the hat is worn or flipped up, which makes it a favourite for fashion-led drops and reversible designs. All-over printed fabric is available on larger runs where you want the pattern itself to carry the brand.

Construction

Full-brim bucket hat with a stitched crown and ventilation eyelets, in cotton twill, denim, canvas and poly-blend fabrics. One size fits most, with adjustable and reversible styles available. Wide colour range including black, khaki, navy, olive, cream and white, plus custom colours on larger orders.

Send your logo in vector format. Fine text and very thin lines get lost in embroidery thread on a curved crown, so we will flag it and suggest a cleaner version if your artwork needs simplifying.
